HOW IT WORKS :

Our Inline Homogenizers/ High-Shear Mixer operate on a rotor-stator principle, where raw materials are forced through a high-speed rotating rotor and a stationary stator. The resulting shear and hydraulic forces efficiently break down particles, emulsify liquids, and disperse solids in a continuous process.

Stage 1: Basic emulsification for simple, low-viscosity mixtures, such as water based emulsions or cleaning agents. (particle size 50 to 70 microns)

Stage 2: Enhanced emulsification and particle size reduction for medium-viscosity applications like creams, lotions, and pharmaceutical suspensions. (particle size 20 to 50 microns)

Stage 4: Advanced high-shear processing for the finest emulsions and dispersions, suitable for complex, high-viscosity formulations such as pharmaceutical injectables or high-end cosmetics. (particle size 10 to 20 microns)
